Our consultants provide a list of indicative brands/operators and advise on the most appropriate business model and the commercial terms that should be achieved.
LEASING –
we develop a leasing strategy, take the opportunity to market, introduce management to brand owners and operators, provide commercial input to the suite of RFP documents/evaluation criteria/contracts and manage the process through to contract award.
